We have been "cabled"...

Alot has happened in the last few weeks and I must admit, I have fallen a bit behind in posting.  So to catch you up....Our I800 went out on May 21st to be received by USCIS on May 22nd.  If you remember, we received our I800a approval back in March.  The I800a approves us to bring a child into the United States.  The I800 approves us to bring a SPECIFIC (Yay!!) child into the United States.  I found out on June 4th that I have an awesome immigration officer (Thank you, Lord!) and better yet, found out that she approved our application on June 5th!

Once USCIS approves the I800, they forward a copy to the National Visa Center, who will then "cable" our file to the US Embassy in Guangzhou, China.  I found out today that we have officially been cabled!  This is the approval of our visa petition.
